Qa Senior Technician

In line with our planned business growth, we have vacancy for one position.
You will responsible to assist QA Engineer or Assistant Engineer in performing quality inspection and test to ensure quality products delivered to customers within customers' agreed specification. You will ensure all major defective parts, customer complaints and corrective actions are disposed according to the SOP. You are to coordinate NCR disposition and carry out contingency plan promptly. You are able to coach and train Junior Technician and Inspector. You acquire the operating knowledge and skills to operate CMM Zeiss machine. You are able to liaise with supplier to ensure quality conforming to the customer's requirements and ISO Quality standards.
Your profile: You are experienced in planning, coordinating and executing processes of quality control, inspections and CMM measurement and programming. You possess at least a professional certificate, diploma or advance diploma or degree in QA management or are having minimum 3 years prior experience in CMM programming, performing quality inspection and test activities, calibration skills, supervising and communication skills. Exposure to CNC Precision Engineering industry preferred. A team player with special skills of analysis and reading the technical drawings, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Knowledge in Jigs & fixture fabrication, GD&T and surface treatment methods is added advantage.
