Job Description:- 1. Quality Planning and Strategy: - Develop and implement quality control processes and policies to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to set quality benchmarks, inspection points, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in risk assessments and develop preventive measures.
2. Inspection and Testing: - Conduct inspections at various stages of production or construction to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform or oversee testing of materials, products, or structures, documenting results to verify quality standards.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies to meet compliance requirements.
3. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, highlighting any non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation is accessible and aligned with ISO or local standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
4. Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions: - Identify, document, and manage non-conformances.
- Work with relevant departments to address issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future quality issues.
5. Process Improvement: - Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
- Implement lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and improvement strategies.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Standards: - Stay updated with industry regulations, safety standards, and local requirements (e.g., CIDB in construction or DOSH in manufacturing).
- Ensure all QAQC procedures align with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:- -Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QAQC roles, preferably within the specific industry.
-Knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001, and relevant Malaysian regulations.
-Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is advantageous.
-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, quality management software).
