Qc Assistant

Main activities and responsibilities: Supervise overall liquid bulk, incoming raw and packaging material inspection, quarantine, release, and reject activities according to SOP and Quality plan.Liquid bulk, raw, and packaging material standard sample and master color specification management and retention.Laboratory testing on manufactured products, DI Water, or any of incoming material when required.Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment in good function.Monitor factory, equipment hygiene and pest control activity.Involve in internal non-conformance, customer complaint investigation, and reporting.Involve in process and system improvement projects assigned.Liaise and coordinate with production, planner, and warehouse personnel on operation activities (e.g. feedback on product release status) or any other issues that arise.Liaise and coordinate with an external laboratory to arrange microbiological testing to sample, swab activity, and report compilation.Internal QC trainer for laboratory testing section.Participate in Health & Safety activities.To undertake any assignments related to or extended from your job scope of work mentioned above.To undertake any assignments related to your scope of work mentioned above.Needed skills: Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.knowledge of GMP & ISO, ERP will be an advantage.interpersonal skills and being a team player.Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.Needed Education:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Science & Technology or equivalent.Needed experience:
Fresh graduate or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
