Job Description Perform quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required Ensures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow, motivate and strategize how the team will meet efficiency, productivity and consistency targets Acts as point of contact for reviewing policies and procedures, perform monthly check-point on the QC team member's performance using scorecards as a point of discussion Chart a career development plan for the QC team member and provide guidance on how to achieve personal and career goals Guarantee that base operational expectations and information security policies are enforced and identify improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions. At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 2 - 4 years' experience in Quality Management Good knowledge of Training strategy and facilitation Exposure to Six Sigma, Quality Tools / Techniques will be an added advantage Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels within the organization Strong on Data Analysis What moves you?
