Qc Supervisor

Oversee Incoming, In Process,Finished and Outging Inspection in order to ensure production quality is under control.Ensure quality inspection follow requirements and standard.Liaise quality problems to respective section head and ensure implementation & effectiveness of the corrective action.Compile and analyse daily report subordinate.Explain department policies and work instruction to subordinate & supervise them.Direct,motivate,train,counsel and discipline employees in all affecting work performance.Other duties assigned.
