Quantity Surveyor (Based In Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Job Responsibility: Assistthe project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity foron-going projects andtender.Tobe fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contractspreparation.Toprepare project budgets and costanalysis.Toensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claimsand payments includingVOs.Toensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants,architects, engineers, builders, contractors andsuppliers.Toconduct frequent site visits. Job Requirements: Candidatemust possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree, Quantity Survey orequivalent.PreferablyExecutives specializing in Quantity Surveying orequivalent.Requiredlanguage(s):Mandarin, English, BahasaMalaysiaGoodmanagement of overall QSoperation
