Prepare and submit any tender as and when requiredTaking off, preparing tender document and calling tender if requiredPreparation of bills of quantities and other related tender documentationConducting accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costsEvaluating and negotiating subcontractor tender and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and qualityLiaison with other department such as the project and purchasing on work related mattersPlan and manage project budget ensuring margins are protected and optimizedOrganize and planning for the tender award process. E.g. Issuance approved tenderer list, issuance of approved Tender Award schedule, etc.Prepare and issue Letter of Award for Sub-Contract worksWork with Procurement Executive for sourcing of materials, conduct cost comparison and price analysis, ordering and purchasing of materials Conduct site valuation and work with the Architect/SO for issuance of interim certificates to ContractorsProcess all payment certificates to Sub ContractorsTo prepare overall project budget and monitor construction cost and variation order are managed within budgetPrepare final accounts within the required time frameAttend project site meetings, internal meetings and any other meetings as and when requiredOther duties to be performed as and when required Minimum Education & ExperienceDegree/ Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Building or suitably recognized field that is applicable.3-5 years working experience in related field.Skills & Knowledge RequiredWell verse with the use of Microsoft Excel, Words, Autocad, etc.Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the ID contractor industry.Good knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Be a team player, proactive and systematic in your approachCandidate with ID and facade works knowledge will be an advantage
