Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with managing the costs and contracts for various [developer/construction] projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and meet the required standards. Your responsibilities will includes:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budget for development and construction projectsPerforming take-offs, measurements, and pricing of works.Supporting the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost plansAssisting with the negotiation and management of contracts with subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring project costs and reporting any various to senior managementAssisting for record all project data in to cubicost softwareSupporting the preparation of financial reports and forecastsEnsuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations Key Skills and Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field5 years of experience working in a developer or construction company Proficiency in CubiCost or similar cost management software is essentialStrong numerical and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
