Sub Contractor company (Plaster Ceiling Works)- Jalan IKS MJ 4, Taman IKS Malim Jaya, 75250, Malacca- Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday- Mon to Friday (9am-5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)**POSITION & JOBSCOPE**:1) Responsible for overall QS operation include taking of quantities, BQ, materials, tendering and costing.2) Responsible for overall project contract administration and co-ordination.3) Prepare cost forecast, budget and expenditure comparison.4) Coordinate with site staff and to assist project manager in project-related matters.5) Fresh graduated are most welcome to apply.6) Good interpersonal and communication skill.7) Responsible and hard working.Pay: RM1,257.49 - RM4,000.00 per month
