Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Estimation, Budget & Feasibility study for new development.
Compile, evaluate and update cost analysis and cost plan.
Post-Contract Stage:
Prepare Letter Acceptance (LA) for Contractor & Consultant.
Prepare Work Order.
Prepare Contract Document.
Conduct Site Valuation with Contractor and Project Team for Interim Payment.
Prepare monthly Interim Payment Certificate for Contractor and Consultant claims.
Prepare Contractor Final Account.
Monitor Contract Status for every project.
Responsible for Contractual Matters (VO, EOT, CPC, CMGD, LAD, etc.)
for the project.
Prepare project Cost Monitoring and Monthly Financial Statement.
Get quotations for contractor/sub-contractor, evaluate & report on quotations.
Liaise with Consultant at the construction stage until issuance of CMGD/Final Account.
Maintain documentation, record and filing system for the department.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree or equivalent.
Able to work independently and possess good initiative.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all parties in the project.
Highly disciplined, good attitude, punctual, responsible, and very duty-bound.
Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel/Word/System, etc.
