What you'll be doing:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
Register and direct visitors to the relevant department or person.
Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative needs.
Assist in organizing company events or employee gatherings when needed.
Adhere to company policies regarding security and confidentiality.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Take inventory of stationeries and restock as needed.
Maintain the general office filing system.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Who are you:Minimum SPM qualification; a diploma or degree in business administration or related fields is an advantage.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
