About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Bewell Chiropractic in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
This full-time role is an integral part of our healthcare practice, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.
What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling as needed
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files
Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and filing documents
Assist with the coordination of medical supplies and equipment
Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the medical practice
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and the public in a professional and empathetic manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team environment
