A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager to proactively devise and execute robust global sourcing strategies.
Engage in direct sourcing and conduct intricate searches for positions spanning from mid-level to senior roles, including strategic and specialized positions.
Stay abreast of the latest recruitment practices and sourcing channels pertinent to your target markets, encompassing job boards, social media groups, community forums, and more.
Thoroughly review CVs, conduct interviews (both via video and face-to-face), and coordinate candidates for final interviews, ensuring a seamless process.
Establish candidate pipelines for roles that demand specialized skills and are challenging to fill.
Actively participate in graduate hiring initiatives, career fairs, and assessment centers as required, contributing to the broader talent acquisition strategy.
Provide regular, insightful reporting to the Recruitment Manager, offering comprehensive status updates on ongoing hiring efforts, supported by robust recruitment data, on a weekly basis.
These are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role:
Demonstrated proficiency in End-to-End Recruitment, with at least 2 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, pivotal in effectively engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Extensive experience in managing Business Unit and Stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration in the recruitment process.
Adeptness in handling both Technical and Non-Technical hiring, with a preference for candidates from the same industry.
Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools, showcasing hands-on expertise in the recruitment process.
Possesses keen market insights and a robust understanding of the business landscape, vital for strategic talent acquisition.
Exceptional skills in Candidate Management, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
