We are seeking an organized and efficient Hiring Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
This is initially a 6-month contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on KPI achievements.

Key Responsibilities:Manage End-to-End Recruitment Processes: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, assessing, and onboarding.Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with internal teams to determine staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.Source Potential Candidates: Proactively search for candidates through job portals, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek), professional networks, and employee referrals.Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.Support Training Matters: Assist with training and development initiatives as needed for new hires. Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven Experience: Experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in an SME environment.Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with candidates and internal teams.Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
