Understand both client and candidates recruitment needs.
Determined and strong passion in completing tasks and overcoming challenges.
Manage high volume of open vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Opportunity to liaise with Multinational companies and work closely with relevant hiring managers.
Monitor, consult current and forecast clients recruitment needs.
Trainings will be provided to further develop your potential skills in recruitment business.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the recruitment industry or corporate sales is required for this position.
Sales-oriented, dynamic, energetic, and positive working attitude in a performance driven environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
Detailed, organized, and able to multitask with the ability to work independently.
To be confident, persistent and strong in communication, committed and resourceful.
Good teamwork environment.
5 days a week job.
