At Performia Australia, we train and mentor owners on how to build a high-performing team culture.
This starts with showing them how to attract and select new people for their business.
You don't need to have any industry experience to be considered for this role as we'll train you fully.
All that is needed is your drive to succeed, willingness to learn, an interest in helping others, and a history of achieving results.
The role will be challenging and demanding.
In return, there will be many opportunities to prove yourself and grow with the team.
Salary in your first year will be between AUD $800 - 1000 per month, and a bonus structure will be implemented once you're established with your functions.
