Role Overview This position is to provide efficient, effective support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including recruitment, proactive passive sourcing, interview scheduling, manage end-to-end systems on-boarding as well as provide strategic advice on own scope of work.
Mainly focus on the entire recruitment process for retail outlets to ensure business needs are fulfilledWork closely with recruitment assistant manager to deliver recruitment strategy, handle the whole hiring process such as interview application, arranging interviews and offering stageProactively source candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channel, including social media, on-site recruitment to attract candidatesCoordinate, arrange and execute on-boarding processesConduct orientation program for new employeesResolve queries which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy or proceduresRequirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business management or a related fieldAble to read, write and speak in local major languages, i.e. Bahasa Malaysia, English Language and Mandarin due to business needsMinimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, retail recruitment would be added advantageCreative and resourceful with a social media platform and professional talent networkHigh self-motivation, good interpersonal and leadership skills
