RESPONSIBILITIES: To source and attract top talent for open positions by utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview process.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and appealing.Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, job boards, and networking events.Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure that candidate information is up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.Conduct New Staff Orientation for new hire and help them familiar with the new environment within the 1st month Perform ad-hoc task/projects assign by Supervisor/HOD/Management as and when required REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Skills:Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
