We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our Contract Recruitment division.
This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to attract, assess, and place top-tier contract talent across various industries.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of contract recruiters, ensuring they meet performance and development goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their contract hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Proactively identifying and pursue opportunities to expand the contract recruitment portfolio and grow revenue streams.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and place top contract talent across various industries.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for both clients and contractors.
Stay updated on market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and recruitment metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in contract recruitment, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the contract recruitment sector.
Strong understanding of the contract recruitment market, including industry trends, pricing models, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
