Recruitment Manager (Maid Agency)

Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
RM 7,000 – 10,000 (extra team commissions entitlement)
Monthly gross earning up to RM 15,000 to RM 20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment process, from matching suitable maid candidates to successful sales closures.
Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements for maid services.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's maid agency services.
Promptly attend to client inquiries, follow up efficiently, and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the management team.
Ensure proper after-sales support and satisfaction for both clients and maid candidates.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, recruitment processes, application progress, document expiry dates, and other related details.
Familiarity with JTK application processes and the overall flow of hiring and matching domestic maids.
Oversee daily front office operations and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth business functions.
Work closely with the Director to strategize and execute plans for business expansion.
Promote the company's services and create awareness through various channels.
Perform on-site visits or other outdoor responsibilities as required by the company.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a maid agency or similar recruitment environment.
Strong understanding of domestic maid recruitment flows and matching processes.
Familiarity with JTK application procedures is a must.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain meticulous records.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to perform outdoor duties when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
