Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the APAC region to ensure the acquisition of talent for key positions.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and participate in final evaluations.
Establish and maintain a talent pool by continuously gathering information on outstanding individuals within the industry.
Assist in promoting PingPong as an employer of choice.
Regularly analyze recruitment data to provide insights into recruitment efficiency and quality.
Additional Responsibilities:Participate in the recruitment for the company's international teams (primarily but not limited to Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea).
Establish and continuously operate an external talent pool based on business development directions and industry focus, providing sustainable talent resources for the long-term development of the business.
Control the entire process of the recruitment projects for which they are responsible, from HC budget management to the final employee onboarding, and be accountable for the quality, efficiency, cost, and experience of recruitment.
Qualifications:3 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in the fintech sector.
Fluency in both Chinese and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices, along with knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent professional ethics, and outstanding leadership skills.
