Your new company
This well-established IT firm is seeking a proactiveRegional Compensation & Benefits Leadto join its dynamic regional business. This company provides shared IT services to various industries in the ASEAN region. Due to market growth, a permanent Regional Compensation & Benefits Lead is needed to join the HR team at their KL Sentral office.
Your new role
You'll be reporting directly to the company's CHRO and will be at the forefront of providing expertise on Compensation & Benefit. As a Regional C&B Lead, you'll be in charge of the rewards and payroll portfolio for Southeast Asia regions. You'll be responsible for driving compensation strategies, salary and benefits benchmarking, annual salary reviews, etc. Meanwhile, you'll also be in charge of payroll management, managing external payroll vendors for timely and accurate processing. Your deep understanding of rewards strategies will be critical to the team and stakeholders, optimizing business decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
Regional experience covering multiple markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Assertive and strong leadership skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
