Regional Customer Service Exec. (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:
Support clients and sales teams across the Asian markets and regional offices.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support that exceeds expectations.
Promptly address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain precise and comprehensive customer records.
Be on duty based on two (2) rotating shifts – with occasional work-from-home arrangements for evening shifts.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support the regional office head and CEO.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving capabilities, result-oriented, and client-focused.
Ability to work with multi-cultural regional teams across Asia offices.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
