HR Calendar and Programs:Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver a robust HR calendar, including processes, enhancements, and initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Culture and Inclusion:Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
Regional Alignment:Support regional priorities, such as our Guru Experience agenda and organization development initiatives.
People Planning and Budgeting:Develop and manage headcount and budget plans, ensuring they align with business needs.
Talent Development:Partner with the business to implement effective onboarding and manager development programs.
HR Transformation:Lead HR transformation initiatives in collaboration with COEs and HRBP colleagues.
Employee Relations:Provide expert consultation to leaders and employees on employee relations matters.
HR Initiatives:Support Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, and L&D initiatives that align with our HR strategy.
Data-Driven Insights:Analyze people data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
The Successful ApplicantDeep Understanding of Malaysian Employment Law:A strong grasp of local employment laws and workplace practices.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proven HR Leadership Experience:Experience managing HR teams in a matrixed organization, with a preference for regional leadership experience in SEA.
Results-Oriented Mindset:A solution-focused approach with a strong drive to achieve results.
Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
HR Technology Proficiency:Experience with HR technology solutions.
