Regional Sales Director, Apac

Responsibilities: · Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell opportunities
· Develop established Accounts and support new business sales activities
· Develop and implement strategic regional plans aligned with product strategy
· Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical updates and responses
· Lead negotiations with central and/or local Procurement
· Drive lead generation and marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Team
· Provide valuable insights to Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, and Product Management
· Provide structured feedback to product, marketing and technical teams concerning customer issues, needs and priorities relevant to the products and services.
· Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring post-implementation support and customer satisfaction
· Stay ahead of the competition through regular study and evaluation, sharing insights for continuous improvement
· Participate in and actively contribute to relevant trade fairs and events
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field (master's degree preferred)
· Minimum of ten (10) years of direct field sales experience in telecom technology products and services
· Thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry
· Proven success in core software products sales and network applications such as AAA, PCRF, IoT solutions, and Wi-Fi Managed Services
· Extensive Industry knowledge, resourcefulness and a strong network of customer, channel and industry contacts in APAC region
· Familiarity with software licensing
· Willingness to travel internationally (50%+)
