Job Description

Key Objective of Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Planning and Operational Excellence, JobStreet Express, this regional role will be responsible to lead sales excellence initiatives to drive sales of JobStreet Express products. This role focusses on ensuring best sales practices for sales teams as new products taken to market. Working with the rest of the business, the team will develop and refine best practice, sales strategies and processes to enable commercial success.
This is a cross-functional opportunity to utilize broad management skills in clearly developing and delivering value for internal and external stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence Performance monitoring and analysis:Monitor sales performance and KPIs against targets across countries and sales teamsAnalyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of riskSales process and tool embedment:Collaborate with sales teams to develop and provide them with the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell products or services (e.g. spiel, product positioning, OTE)Setup and embed process and tools to drive sales discipline across countries and sales teamsProcess improvements:Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes for all sales teams including Key Accounts and Telesales teams; thereafter lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and drive sales outcomesCollaborate with countries to implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sales excellence across the organisationTraining and development:Create and implement training programs focused on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques to empower the sales team and improve overall performance Leadership and Relationship Management Ownership and drive - delivering outcomes with and through cross functional, cross market teamsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure collaboration and clear alignment of our sales approach, milestones, risks and blockersAssist in ensuring governance is clear and transparent across our sales and operations teamsFacilitate appropriate forums with key stakeholders to maintain visibility of progress and help resolve issues where requiredDrive innovation and continuous improvement practices across sales functions to uplift  performance  

Qualifications

Skills, Experience and Competencies
The successful candidate will have:
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, sales operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales performance.Track record in ability to lead, influence and motivate teams to achieve sales targets, including cross functional teamsExperience in training and coaching sales teams to achieve high performance.Strong execution ability with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsExperience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, comfortable with Tableau or ExcelComfortable operating in a 'new' and uncertain environment and highly capable in exercising judgement and facilitating decisions on commercial needsExceptional teamwork with a willingness to perform tasks outside of role when required.
