### Job Description

IHH Healthcare Berhad, a leading international healthcare provider, is seeking an energetic and reliable Remote Account Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. As an essential part of our operations, this position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and supporting the account management process. Ideal candidates will possess strong project management skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

### Responsibilities

- **Client Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

- **Account Management Support:** Assist Account Managers in maintaining client accounts, including updates, documentation, and regular follow-ups. Ensure that all account-related paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Generate periodic reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement.

- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects related to client accounts. Help ensure project timelines are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and developments.

- **Data Management:** Input and update client information into the CRM system. Ensure database accuracy and consistency, and conduct regular audits to avoid discrepancies.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify potential issues and offer solutions. Use critical thinking to address complex inquiries. Utilize your decision-making skills to effectively prioritize tasks and respond to client needs.

- **Meeting Coordination:** Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is shared with relevant team members.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and satisfaction with our services. Assist in compiling this data for analytical purposes to help improve service delivery.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- **Skills:**
- **Project Management:** Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Decision-Making:** Excellent judgment in establishing priorities and solving problems efficiently.
- **Communication:** Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic with a positive attitude conducive to a supportive team environment.
- Reliable and able to work independently, demonstrating trustworthiness in all tasks.
