**Overview:**
Perodua is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and grievances by understanding the problem thoroughly and troubleshooting effectively.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist customers with the setup, management, and changes to their accounts.
- Monitor account activity and identify potential problems that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to rectify account discrepancies promptly.

3. **Data Entry and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update internal databases with customer information, feedback, and inquiries.
- Prepare and organize reports based on customer feedback and service metrics.

4. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product and service knowledge.
- Provide suggestions to improve customer service processes and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality support.

5. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Manage your schedule to balance multiple account requests simultaneously.

6. **Collaboration:**

- Engage in team meetings and provide input on service improvements and customer experiences.

### Requirements:

**Educational Background:**
- A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or relevant field is an advantage.

**Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM software and customer support platforms is a plus.
