### **Job Description:**

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dynamic and dedicated **Remote Account Support Officer** to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be pivotal in providing high-quality support to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while fostering lasting relationships. You will work remotely, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to create an impactful contribution within a vibrant healthcare organization.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

- **Account Administration:**
- Manage account documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions for new clients.

- **Problem Solving & Support:**
- Proactively identify client issues and provide effective solutions, utilizing a resourceful approach and strategic planning skills.
- Troubleshoot technical and service-related problems, collaborating with IT and operational teams as needed.

- **Performance Reporting:**
- Compile and analyze client data to generate insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Present findings to management through comprehensive reports highlighting account performance, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

- **Training & Development:**
- Assist in training new staff members on account handling protocols and customer service best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and enhance skills.

- **Process Improvement:**
- Contribute ideas for process enhancements that lead to increased efficiency and better client outcomes.
- Implement changes in client engagement approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.

#### **Qualifications:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
