**Job Description:**

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and maintain calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and manage electronic files, documents, and records, maintaining a systematic filing system.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing platforms.

3. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects by tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports as needed.

4. **Data Management:**
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Maintain databases and record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

5. **Operational Support:**
- Support the execution of various administrative functions including expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting activities.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new team members by preparing welcome materials and facilitating training schedules.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in the development of standard operating procedures and suggest improvements for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support the company's goals.

7. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with various departments to support initiatives and projects, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
- Engage with team members in problem-solving and decision-making processes to foster a proactive working environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and provide solutions.

- Highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative and self-direction.
