**Responsibilities:**
- **Patient Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly. Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for various healthcare services. Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations, and maintain an organized schedule for healthcare professionals.
- **Data Management:** Accurately input and maintain patient information in our database systems. Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations when handling sensitive patient data.
- **Issue Resolution:** Handle complaints and conflicts with empathy and professionalism. Utilize critical thinking to assess situations, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure patient satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated with the latest service offerings, policies, and procedures to provide patients with accurate information and guide them through their healthcare experience.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other call center team members and healthcare professionals to exchange information, discuss challenges, and share best practices for improving patient service.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, response time, patient satisfaction, and issue resolution. Engage in continuous learning and development to improve performance.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge associated with patient care and call center operations.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years job-related experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in healthcare, customer service, or communications is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and telecommunication tools. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
