### Key Responsibilities
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Regularly engage with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings to ensure their needs are being met and to enhance overall satisfaction.
2. **Relationship Management:**
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and improve client retention.
3. **Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze client feedback and satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement metrics to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies based on analysis.
4. **Project Management:**
- Coordinate client-related projects, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
5. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends that may impact client relations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of client service protocols and processes.
### Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and client relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
