Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and hardworking, with strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in client service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
