### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding issues.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement client service strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns with a focus on delivering a positive outcome and maintaining client loyalty.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on client feedback, service performance, and issues encountered to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

### Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Experience with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is an advantage.
