Perodua is on the lookout for a dedicated and adaptable **Remote Client Service Specialist** to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze client concerns and queries, employing effective problem-solving skills to provide solutions. Escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure quick resolution.

- **Client Record Management:** Utilize client management software to document interactions, track client requests, and maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.

- **Feedback Collection:** Encourage client feedback to understand their experiences with our services. Gather insights and communicate findings to the management team to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Support team members in achieving collective goals.

- **Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks related to client service operations, including scheduling appointments and following up on client requests.

- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training programs and professional development workshops to enhance service delivery skills and stay current with industry trends.

### **Requirements**

**Education:**
- No formal work experience required; however, a degree or diploma in a relevant field (such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service) is an advantage.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
