### Job Description

Perodua is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. ### Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate responses to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring seamless resolution within established timelines.

- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate client records and database entries. Document all interactions, noting relevant details and follow-up actions required.

- **Feedback Collection**: Actively solicit and gather client feedback to improve services and identify areas for enhancement. Collaborate with management to implement client suggestions where feasible.

- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about Perodua's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. Participate in ongoing training and knowledge assessments to keep skills sharp.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and service continuity. Attend regular team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, complaints, and resolutions to track performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.

- **Innovation and Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative ideas that can enhance the client support experience.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
