### Key Responsibilities

1. **Customer Support**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding UEM Sunrise Berhad's products, services, and policies.

2. **Order Management**:
- Assist customers with processing transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor order status and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on customer service performance metrics.

4. **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

5. **Issue Resolution**:
- Proactively identify common customer issues and work with management to develop efficient solutions.
- Stay updated on company policies and changes to maintain compliance and accuracy in service delivery.

6. **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with customers on social media platforms and forums to foster positive relationships and promote company initiatives.
- Champion customer feedback by communicating insights and suggestions to the management team.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- A High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related disciplines is a plus.

**Personality Traits**:
- Confident: Able to engage with customers assertively and positively.
- Independent: Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

**Soft Skills**:
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to various customer personalities and situations.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box in resolving issues and improving customer experiences.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
