Media Prima Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Support Communication:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels including email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

- **Product and Service Knowledge:**
- Gain a thorough understanding of Media Prima Berhad's products and services to effectively educate customers and assist them with any issues they may encounter.
- Stay current with product updates and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information to customers.

- **Collaboration with Teams:**
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical support teams to provide comprehensive support for customers' needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share best practices, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

- **Data Management:**
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement in products and services.

- **Customer Education:**
- Assist in creating and updating customer support resources, FAQs, and training materials.
- Guide customers through the process of using our products and services, ensuring they understand how to get the most out of their experience.

- **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution times.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and motivated, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent persuasion skills to encourage positive customer experiences and outcomes.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a remote setting.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support software.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use in customer engagement.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
