IHH Healthcare Berhad, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Secretary to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level managers, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary, and following up on pending matters.

3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems; ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in data entry tasks and generate reports for various departments as required.

4. **Event Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events; manage logistics such as venue bookings and catering arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

5. **Project Support:**
- Assist in the management and tracking of special projects and deadlines, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and distribute follow-up actions.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Contribute to the enhancement of office procedures and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Foster a proactive work environment by engaging in problem-solving and proposing innovative solutions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Associate degree or equivalent in Administrative Support, Business, or related field.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external partners.
- Dedicated to achieving excellence and striving for high quality in performance.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
