Restaurant Server (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Servers.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and the surrounding environment.
Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any questions.
Follow all restaurant rules and regulations, including safety and sanitation procedures.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements:Must be a Malaysian citizen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in basic English.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not essential (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
