Job Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the business and personnel development status of the department in charge, and assist the superior to complete the effective planning and implementation of MY human resources strategy in the business department;
Help the business manager to formulate and implement the recruitment, performance assessment, talent development and other work of the business department;
Assist superiors in sorting out the existing recruitment process, developing recruitment channels, and completing the recruitment targets of the department;
Fully understand the salary and benefits of the same industry, give certain salary structure and level suggestions, and participate in the establishment of the ranking system of the business team;
Regularly communicate with business department staff, pay attention to core staff dynamics;
Assist the business manager in talent management, team and culture construction, and ensure the landing of the company culture in the business field.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or management is preferred;
More than 3 years of retail or apparel related industry HR management experience, terminal store HR experience is preferred;
Familiar with the operation mode of HR modules such as recruitment, performance appraisal and employee relations;
With work initiative, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good learning ability;
Having a strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure and emotional management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
