RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Junior/Senior) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel to suit customer's needs, and offering alternatives to customers.Maintain, replenish and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.Experience with retail operations, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership and management.Perform other duties as required.Ensure the store is up to VM standards and compliance. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" LevelMust be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekends, and Public Holiday.Good knowledge of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to speak Mandarin would be of value added.At least 3 years of retail experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
