We are now searching for a Risk & Compliance Executive to support the Global Risk & Compliance department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Ambu Corporate Business Ethics & Compliance Management System and Programs, especially by performing administrative tasks in relation to various processes, projects, and initiatives. You will work closely with our team, as well as with other corporate functions and local stakeholders to provide support in relation to various projects and processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide support and assist the Global Risk & Compliance department.
Create internal reports and analyses for Sustainability and Global Risk & Compliance department, management, and other internal stakeholders.
Support the Risk & Compliance Department in building assessment tools and compliance assurance systems for business support, training, communication, and risk mitigation to facilitate compliance with current and future laws, rules, and regulations internationally.
Assist in developing Ambu's annual and targeted compliance-related educational and training programs, including drafting training material, ensuring the ability to track completion rate in internal systems, and preparing various reports.
Support drafting policies, procedures, and other written guidelines.
Draft responses to various inquiries received from internal and external stakeholders in line with Risk & Compliance procedures, policies, guidelines, and other laws and regulations.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on the completion of Risk & Compliance initiatives.
Administer engagements, analyze information collected through public and commercial databases, prepare and review reports, conduct research of companies and individuals using a wide array of sources.
Administer, register, and store various contracts in internal systems.
Analyze processes and find possibilities for optimization and improvements.
Qualifications:
Master's in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Policy, Business Management, Auditing, or an equivalent legal qualification related discipline.
Previous work experience in compliance, legal, auditing, preferably in the global medical device or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
Good communication skills, as clear and consistent communication with stakeholders is crucial.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, with a positive attitude.
Willingness to take over responsibilities as a solution finder.
Ability to work independently, being proactive, and a fast learner.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
Knowledge of healthcare law, medical device regulations, and industry codes could be an advantage.
Knowledge of due diligence requirements and processes, including reviewing due diligence screening reports, is a plus.
Excellent knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Advanced Excel skills, such as creating and managing PivotTables to analyze large datasets, and experience in using advanced Excel functions.
Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken, at least C1 level). A further language is not required but could be an advantage.
