Rtr Accountant/Senior (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the accounts (P&L, BS, CF, and audit schedules) for month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Support year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions (e.g., preparation of audit schedules, financial statements, and managing audit queries).
Provide guidance to other team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to meet end deliverables and KPIs.
Prepare and post journals, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
Analyze accounts and prepare detailed schedules and financial statements.
Support management decision-making by providing actionable financial insights.
Drive fast-close accounting processes.
Participate in and contribute to process automation and improvement initiatives, including leveraging RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
Undertake any additional assignments as required by the team lead/manager.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or professional accounting qualifications.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting or finance role.
Proficiency in Business Central (accounting software) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) is advantageous.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls.
Proactive, independent, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
