Position Summary

We are looking for a SHE Executive to support the Factory SHE Manager in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE).
A day in the life of...
Support adherence to all company principles, policies, and requirements related to SHE.
Assist in compliance of SHE-related legal requirements and develop a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
Support NCE and TPM SHE-Pillar programs aiming for 0 injuries and incidents.
Help achieve compliance with NSMS/NEMS requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
Coach and motivate the team in achieving SHE objectives.
Contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions and promote SHE awareness across the plant.
Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.

Previous professional experience in safety, health, and/or environmental areas.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
