Job descriptionIdentifying, meeting and signing up new corporate clients, strategic collaborations, referral partners.Undertake sales conversion initiatives such as follow up, referral management, promotions and events.Assists with developing strategies to grow current and future markets.Develops relationships, provides excellent customer services and educates referral sources and the public on IHT's continuum of services.Obtains accurate market information and presents clear details and analysis to the Marketing & Business Development team.Brand and corporate identity local champion. Ensure brand positioning and corporate identity is streamlined and consistent across all channels and platforms. Execution of all branding exercises for internal and external stakeholders.Work with Clinical Teams to cultivate reference accounts for services; identify client success stories to create appropriate case studies and collateral.Provide monthly reporting of relevant metrics for analysis and improvement.Provide content and copywriting for the company profile, write-up, speech, letters, campaigns, brand messages, flyers, leaflets and any printed communication supports.Plan and implement sales and marketing plans related to referrals and payors networks.Take part into the sales and marketing activities, including targeted markets' negotiations, empanelment and engagement, to achieve the Company's sales targets and objectives.Onsite visits to referrals and payors networks (GPs, hospitals' consultants, corporates, TPAs, insurances and other relevant industries).Any other duties assign.Job requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 4 - 5 years of professional marketing experience, of which 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare environment is desired.Able to work independently with minimum supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Rehab or Allied careexperience are encourage to apply.
