Job descriptionJob Highlights Exceptional career growth and development opportunities.Vibrant and energetic organization with a culture of continuous learning.Responsibilities: Manage sales order processing and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.Support sales representatives by coordinating various sales-related activities within the company.Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support through various communication platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails etc.Assist in developing and implementing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers and the sales team.Prepare invoices and delivery orders accurately.Monitor stock availability and facilitate coordination between the sales and purchasing departments.Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.Support the accounts receivable process, including payment collection.Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.Maintain and manage customer and debtor databases.Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements: Relevant Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualifications.Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.A positive attitude, commitment to learning, and a willingness to take on new tasks.Integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.Availability to start work immediately is an added advantage.Apply now to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success!
