Sales Admin

Responsibilities:  Provide administrative support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and deliveryIncorporate with sales team in developing, building pipeline, and closing dealsTo conduct outbound email and calls to existing and potential leads and forward prospects with interest in company's products to the sales teamPerform research on behalf of the company in order to identify available potential opportunitiesManage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identifiedAct as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managersEnsure the smooth running of sales processTo undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when requiredRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalentKnowledge in IT will be an added advantageOrganized, strong communication and excellent time management skillsPersistent, patient and results-orientedHigh level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skillsPositive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientationFresh graduates are welcome to applyApplicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, SelangorWorking Days And Hours:
