Core Responsibilities:Sales Support:Sales Operations:Assist in managing day-to-day sales tasks, including preparing proposals, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
CRM Management:Update and maintain client data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Meeting Coordination:Organise and attend sales-related meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability.

Marketing Analytics:Generate and analyse reports from platforms such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and social media dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.
Brand Assets Management:Collaborate on creating, updating, and managing marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Automation and Reporting:Automation Management:Use tools like Zapier to automate lead tracking, reporting, and other repetitive tasks, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
Reporting Oversight:Collaborate with data science support to ensure reports and dashboards run seamlessly and provide actionable insights.
Process Streamlining:Continuously evaluate and refine sales and marketing workflows, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
Creative Contributions (Highly Preferred):Graphic Design:Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
General Support & Process Improvement:Documentation & Processes:Maintain and enhance sales and marketing documentation, such as SOPs, process guides, and strategic plans.

Requirements:Proven experience in sales support or marketing coordination.
