What you will bedoing Yourduties include but not limited to develop business opportunities indiverse market segments. Plan, implement and monitor salesstrategies to generate occupancy, room nights and revenue.Responsible for achieving sales target allocated and exceedestablished budget by the OYO SalesManagement.Achievea weekly or monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of salesmeetings and newaccounts.Analyzemarket trends, competitor's rates, sales and promotion activitiesand provide solutions and feedbacks to theManagement.What are we lookingfor Aself-starter, possess a sales mindset, experience in cold callingis a must.Experiencein B2C outside sales at least 1-2 years', having an establishednetwork with hotel, travel agents, government and corporateindustry is a must.Excellentcomputer skills, must include Excel and skills in databasemanagement and recordkeeping.Proventrack record of success of the sales cycle from plan toclose.
